SMS-Messaging SMS Vouchers are redeemable product promotion text messages that eliminate the need for complex and expensive installations at the retail outlet, providing a secure system that doesn't involve any confusing processes for the consumer.

A retailer can send a mobile customer base SMS vouchers redeemable at an outlet without the need for point of sale equipment. SMS Vouchers cannot be copied, sold on or reused.

Simple to Use

SMS-Messaging SMS Vouchers are simple text messages promoting a special offer, possibly time-limited, such as a discount or an additional item for free for purchases above a certain amount etc.

The recipient visits the nearest or a specific retailer outlet and presents the voucher to make the purchase. The recipient is then are asked to make a quick call to the number from which the text originated which is a standard mobile number not involving premium rate.

The recipient is answered by an automated service that asks them to enter a retailer outlet code provided at the checkout on their keypad and the voucher is redeemed.

The recipient is then given a unique 'offer code' for the retailer to enter in their Point Of Sale system.

The system recognizes an attempt forward an SMS Voucher to another mobile and generates a no Offer Code. Likewise, SMS Vouchers cannot be used more than once in any branch of the retailer.

Multiple vouchers can be sent to one mobile user to be redeemed at one or several retailers.

Accountability

Summary reports, providing full accountability, show percentage redemption and average redemption time broken down regionally or by campaign.

Drilling down can divulge the customer, date, time and outlet for each individual redemption. This allows links to CRM systems for additional consumer intelligence.

Minimal Outlay

The standard SMS Voucher service incurs a low monthly fee plus texts at a low volume rate. No specialist equipment is required as we host the service which can be operated and monitored using a web browser.

Promotional Competitions

As an additional promotional feature competitions and other incentives can be included in the SMS Voucher service, with random selected winners being awarded bonus vouchers or prizes.

MMS Vouchers

Promotional vouchers can also be sent via MMS.

MMS Vouchers include pictures which can reflect a recognizable company image.
