Send SMS Text as Voice Calls using Speech Synthesis

Voice SMS uses a highly intelligible speech interface to convert SMS text into voice messages, which are then delivered using Tier 1 network connections as voice calls to any mobile or landline number in the world.

The system constructs words phonetically using realspeak engine with the ability to create any word, without the limitations of word database engines with a limited vocabulary. This is particularly useful in the case of alerts which may contain technical information.

Text to Speech Applications

Additionally to SMS, text can be inputted via a web site or email, and then be delivered as Voice Calls, along with SMS and Email where needed.

For example, a business can alert its customers to a new product launch by typing 'New model V Series launched on Monday. Call 0871 123 2244 to arrange a demonstration' into a form on a web site, or by sending an SMS to our systems, and customers could then receive any combination of phone calls, SMS messages and emails, whichever best suits their circumstances.

For example where customers are blind or partially sighted, receiving a voice call version of the message ensures they receive the message. High quality phonetic speech synthesis ensures the alert is perfectly intelligible.

Message Delivery Ensured

In the event of finding the destination number is engaged or unavailable, Voice SMS uses an intelligent retry strategy until the message is delivered. Acknowledgement of message receipt allows the service to be audited for delivery success and effectiveness.

Additionally online reports allow management to evaluate relevant aspects of text message delivery and make adjustments where appropriate.

Message length is virtually unlimited making voice calls less restricted than the 160 character limit of SMS messages.
