Email to Voice
Contact Recipients Outside a Mobile Network
Email to Voice is ideal for reaching recipients who are either temporarily, or permanently, unreachable via SMS, such as some landline phones and mobile phones on networks without SMS messaging.

Our speech synthesis facility provides a highly intelligible reading of the text in your email which is delivered as a phone call to the recipient.
The Email to Voice service has similar features to Email to SMS with the options of open sending, preset sending or bulk distribution lists.
Acknowledgement of receipt is provided.
Simple to Setup
Firstly set up an account by clicking here. This allows us to identify you as an SMS-Messaging user and to cover the cost of the Email to Voice messages.
To send an Voice Call using Email (open sending):
Send an email to <recipient's mobile number>@x-onvoice.com, for example 07987656789@x-onvoice.com, which is then delivered as a voice call to the recipient's phone.

To receive a Voice Call sent from Email (preset sending):
In your SMS-Messaging account you will create an email address such as MikesPhone@x-onvoice.com (subject to availability) and enter a phone number where the voice calls will be delivered, for example your office phone number. Now anyone, or any notification service, can send an email to MikesMobile@x-onvoice.com and you'll receive the message as a voice call on your selected phone.

To send Voice Calls to a group of recipients using Email (bulk sending):
In your SMS-Messaging account you can create a distribution list using the phone numbers of intended recipients. This list can then be associated with your chosen sending 'from' email address. Our system will then produce a unique reference code to which you can send your message i.e. send your email to code@x-onvoice.com.
